Chick-fil-A on recruitment

Here’s a flyer found in my bag of Chick-fil-A. How does this compare to your recruitment efforts?

Out: income potential (unless you count a graphic of bills)

In: growth (career, personal, educational)

Also in: lifestyle (Sundays, insurance, work environment)

Lifestyle trumps pay.

We can debate why that is true for the workforce. But it’s harder to debate the results: Chick-fil-A makes more money per store than its rivals, and the stores do it with less days open.

What growth and lifestyle opportunities are already present in your organization that would entice potential hires?

What keeps you from offering everything mentioned in the flyer?

The gap you see between the ad and your offer may highlight exactly what your team needs to wrestle with. If I can help you wrestle and grow, please reach out.
